Using the site
GenPrompto provides free prompts, guides, and browser-based tools related to AI prompt engineering. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
No AI accuracy guarantee
Prompts and tools on this site are designed to work with third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, and others) that we don’t own, operate, or control. Results from any AI platform can vary and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You’re responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it, especially for anything factual, legal, medical, financial, or safety-related.
Our tools run in your browser
The interactive Tool pages on this site run entirely client-side — what you type into a tool’s form fields is processed in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. We are not a party to, and have no visibility into, whatever you subsequently do with the generated prompt on a third-party AI platform.
Intellectual property
The site’s own content — prompt descriptions, guides, tool code, design, and branding — is owned by GenPrompto and protected by copyright, except where explicitly licensed otherwise. You’re welcome to use the prompts themselves for your own personal or business purposes. You may not scrape, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our written content (guides, prompt descriptions, tool copy) elsewhere without permission.
Any output you generate using a prompt from this site, via a third-party AI platform, is between you and that platform — we don’t claim any ownership over it.
Prohibited uses
- Scraping, bulk-downloading, or automated crawling of the site beyond normal search-engine indexing
- Attempting to interfere with, disable, or overload the site or its tools
- Using the site to generate content that violates the terms of service of the AI platform you’re using it with
- Misrepresenting your affiliation with GenPrompto
Third-party links and services
The site links to and references third-party AI platforms and services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, availability, or policies — check their own terms before using them.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenPrompto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any prompt, tool, or AI-generated output.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
