Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026. This policy covers genprompto.com (referred to below as “we,” “us,” or “the site”).

The short version

You don’t need an account to use anything on this site. Every Tool page runs entirely in your browser — the text you type into a Tool’s form fields is never sent to our servers. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic to the site. This site does not currently show advertising; if that changes, we’ll update this policy to describe it.

Information we collect

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message. We don’t require registration, an account, or any personal information to browse the site, read a Prompt or Guide, or use a Tool.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server and analytics service may automatically log standard technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it running reliably — not to identify individual visitors.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for analytics (see below). When you first visit, you’ll see a cookie notice at the bottom of the page informing you of this, with a link back to this policy. Clicking “Accept” dismisses the notice and is remembered for future visits on the same browser.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, how people navigate between them, and general traffic patterns. This is aggregate, statistical information; we don’t use it to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this and may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and device type. See Google’s own privacy policy for how Google handles this data.

Advertising

This site does not currently show advertising. We may add display advertising (such as Google AdSense) in the future — if we do, this policy will be updated to describe what that involves, including any additional cookies and opt-out options, before ads go live.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Since we collect very little personal information directly, most requests in practice will relate to analytics cookies — contact us using the details below and we’ll help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
